The decoration on this track jacket is inspired by Iran’s historic appearance at the 1978 FIFA World Cup in Argentina, marking the first time the Iran national football team competed on football’s biggest stage. The badge on the left chest nods to the original uniform worn by the players, while an embroidered “78” on the right chest commemorates the milestone year. On the right arm, a small Iranian flag featuring the historic Lion and Sun emblem honors a symbol deeply rooted in Iran’s national identity and heritage.
